Terms of Service

Tipsly is a local business directory. Visitors browse businesses by city and category free of charge.

Businesses can create an account and a business profile free of charge. A profile is published — shown to visitors — once we have reviewed and approved it. Publishing is free.

A business can also buy a placement, which is optional: a period you choose and pay for, during which your business is shown higher in its category and city: the highest amount active at the time ranks first. Placements are always labelled "Sponsored". A placement is temporary — not a permanent ranking or a subscription — and nothing renews automatically.

Placements are bought by businesses, for their business.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or listing a business, and keep it up to date. If you create a listing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Listings must be accurate and must not be fraudulent, illegal, or impersonate another business or person. We may remove a listing or suspend an account that violates this, including in response to reports from other users.

Placements can be bought once the profile is published. They are paid by card via Stripe, in Swedish kronor (SEK), when you book them. By completing a payment you authorize the charge for the placement period you selected. Stripe emails you an invoice and a receipt.

You can cancel a placement before its period starts and get the full amount back: contact support@nawton.net. Once the period has started, the placement is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Tipsly provides a directory platform. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any business listing, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business. You interact with listed businesses at your own discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, Tipsly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@nawton.net.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
